The Legal committee reviews legislation and legal policy of the state and evaluates
potential impact on the legal obligations of manufacturers. The committee
also recommends whether the association should pursue its objectives through
legal action, primarily through the use of amicus briefs. The Legal
committee also serves as a resource to the State Governmental Affairs committee
on bill review and analysis. |
