The Energy committee reviews proposed
legislation, regulations and rules of the Public Service
Commission (PSC) to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
In addition, the committee focuses on promoting competition
in the energy and telecommunications industries, and increasing
the reliability and availability of energy supply. The committee
also helps develop and implement partnership programs aimed
at helping industries save energy. |
